Hours of Operation: All sessions scheduled by appointment. Available appointment hours are: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Eligibility: Open to clients through local area churches, Internet, referrals.
Fees and Donations: are on a sliding scale, currently $40.00 per hour to $85.00 per hour.
Intake and Assessment is always performed at referring Church or by Checkpoint in office first visit.
